Yoga is a

1. Private Yoga

As a group Yoga teacher for five years, I have taught people of various ages, physical conditions, and skill levels. I have faced the challenge of creating a yoga practice that could suit everyone, but unfortunately, it proved impossible. Some students had physical issues that made it unsuitable for them to perform certain poses, and so I tried to balance the practice so that everyone could participate. However, I realised that individuals in great physical health and condition in the group were not reaching their full potential, and I knew that they could go further. Additionally, I had to be mindful of the students with physical limitations, modifying poses or recommending that they avoid certain ones. While my students enjoyed my classes, I felt that they were not getting the most out of their yoga practice. Those who were physically capable did not reach their full potential, and those with limitations did not benefit fully from certain poses.

Providing high-quality services is of utmost importance to me! I want to ensure that my clients receive what they have dreamed of, and even more. Personal attitude and attention to the client are my top priorities. I believe that every individual is unique and special, and it is important to me to understand how I can be of the best service and provide the greatest value to each person. My approach is focused on creating trust, understanding, acceptance, and love for each person, which is the essence that people feel in my work. In a private yoga practice, I have the opportunity to dedicate my energy, knowledge, abilities, attention, and focus solely to you! 7. Yoga – Art Workshop

I call the Yoga – Art Workshop GIVEN FROM ABOVE I am very grateful to GOD and feel blessed to be the Author of these unique, extremely useful, transformational classes that helped several people to find their purpose in life and many other to achieve a significant transformation from inside out.
